Customer Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by Banana Wipe

Banana Wipe reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

• Product unavailability.
• Pricing or technical errors.
• Payment verification issues.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Any unforeseen operational circumstances.

For prepaid orders cancelled by Banana Wipe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
